The menu for online ordering should have descriptions or accurate photos or what your ordering. Every place calls things different and to the photo online I was ordering what my kids like and recieved something way different that they wouldn't eat because they wanted chicken noodles and they got chicken shrimp and pork noodles which was not in the description or on the photo shown in what we had ordered so it was very deceiving on the ordering system and nobody liked the flavor and when we tried to explain that we thought we got the wrong order because that wasn't what was in the photo he said no this comes with that I was like well when there's no description we dont know that especially when its not in the photo and he said it was the people who do the websight so its ok and nothing they can do. So customer service wasn't great with the misshap which I feel wasn't fully our fault but I guess if we didnt know the name we should have phoned and asked. Prior the food has been good but that was not to our taste which i wouldnt ding them for im sure others would like it but the customer service in handling the situation has left me rethinking this resteraunt

We haven’t eaten at Shangri in a long time but glad we tried it again. It was delicious we will back as a regular customer .

We are always very pleased with our meals from here. Portions were great as well. We had delivery today which we don’t usually do, but all was great and the fella that brought it was very nice too.

The food was excellent along with great service of preparing it in a timely manner. Price was reasonable for the amount of food in the portions.
